Gobo Projection

SXS can customise your event by creating moving 'gobo' projections of your logo or any other image that you would like to work alongside your theme.

A "gobo" is a round disc that has the image or text etched into it or cut out of it, which can then be projected according to the client's instructions. There are two main types, which are:

• Metal Gobos (made from a thin metal sheet where the shape or text is cut by laser); and
• Glass Gobos (made from a piece of glass with a thin surface where the etching appears)
