Flightcase Manufacture
SXS have developed a flightcase making operation so as to allow for the safe and proper transportation of equipment.
There are plenty of good case makers in the UK. But we found that none of them were able to make cases for us same-day or to the technical detail we require. As such we started making our own cases. A year on we have become very good at it and we now have a full-time flightcase-making operation. We have invested heavily in the finest tools and are making cases for all our new equipment acquisitions as well as for cases for our clients who use us for logistical support and storage services.
The benefit of using SXS for your case-making needs are:
- Everyone in our team has years of first-hand experience using cases onsite, so we know what details are needed
- If we are storing your items we have direct access to the item to be cased; this removes a step in the design process which mitigates errors
- Our minimum quality specification is higher than any other UK case maker
- Even for the smallest cases we use tour-grade and standardised components
- Due to our other manufacturing capabilities we can also manufacture racking, metal work and other items inhouse
