SXS were chosen by Swaminariyan to produce their large multi-site temple opening and associated festival sites.

This was a major multi-site religious event t celebrating the heritage of the Swaminariyan Hindu group as well as the formal opening of their new Temple. These events took place over three sites in north London, all of which required substantial production support in the fields of audio, lighting, rigging, power, fencing, toilets, site infrastructure and ancillary services. SXS provided a full range of production services from in-house resources as well as some which were provided by from trusted partners.

A key challenge for the event was the noise management. The main site in north London was surrounded by residential properties. With the event running over a three day period the potential for creating nuisance noise pollution was substantial. At the same time it was important to give maximum audience engagement sound levels needed to be adequate for the program content. The solution we provided was a mixture of system and management concepts. This incorporated the use of a Martin Audio line array system, XTA digital processing, delay line stacks and distributed PA throughout the audience arena.

The end result was excellent with all guests having a great experience and noise complaints being minor.
