Utility Week Awards

This is the annual awards show and industry Christmas party for the Utility Industry.

The Utility Week Awards recognises and hosts the great and good of the Utility industry at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. When we were asked to provide technical production and wider management of the 2016 Utility Week Awards, SXS immediately understood the requirement for a balance of impressive and creative ideas whilst maintaining a slick and robust technical backbone.

SXS coupled a high-resolution LED wall with a custom projection-mapped set and 80,000 lumens of HD projection power. This tied in with an LED downlit stage and moving head lighting package for full immersion, and our studio created full custom show content for the set to deliver a completely bespoke show.

In addition to the technical production aspect of the show, SXS provided creative collaboration, script and show flow management, stage management, artist liaison, and post-show video production.
